Black Canyon Storage

I have been in for the service they provide faxing and packaging supplies . The women have always been very nice and helpful its so nice that they provide these services.

I have dealt with Black Canyon Storage for many years. I find the staff especially helpful and friendly. Julie and Deanne are super nice people. I rarely have concerns or issues, but when anything has come up, they work hard to get it resolved quickly. Their prices are much lower than storage facilities in Anthem or elsewhere in north Phoenix. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a storage room or vehicle storage.

I’ve searched around for info on Uhauls and storage pricing and have not been able to get a return call or anyone to answer the phone until I called your facility. I finally got a live person to speak to and got a quote right away. The office personnel were professional and friendly. Thank you for hiring people that know what customer service is supposed to be! Excellent customer service!!

I was helped by someone named Julie....I called with questions and she went above and beyond to answer them all including answering quyindidnt know I needed to ask! That's what customer service is about!

Julie has the kindest attitude when talking with her, knowledge in what she does and enjoys helping people.
