The storage facility always appears neat and clean, so I felt comfortable renting a unit there when I needed one.The staff was so helpful in answering any questions I had.

So anyway, I am a retired federal agent who specialized in back country drug interdiction for 30 years and as such, I moved around a lot. And so, I have had lots of experiences with storage businesses. And when I retired in Phoenix I tried to find the best place where to put my “stuff” (which includes outdoor storage for an RV) since I have a small apartment. And after a great deal of researching, I have found the perfect place for my needs and I want to tell you why just in case it works for you, but I do live in north Phoenix. I didn’t like anything about the places I found in Phoenix and a lot of that had to do with the price of units in the city. 1. The cost is on the bottom of what you can expect to pay for a comparable unit in Phoenix. 2. Black Canyon City is usually just a short and pleasant drive from North Phoenix. 3. There of course is a real small-town vibe in Black Canyon City and I was in a place in Phoenix at first that I thought had great security including video cameras everywhere and they still cut the catalytic converter off my RV. 3. The facility itself is clean and well secured with fences and security cameras and controlled access. 4. But the best part of this business is the manager Julie (this is my second time since I moved and then moved back) because she is just so professional and customer friendly, in addition to being helpful and accommodating.
