Jerry arrived exactly on time, started work right away. All my furniture was expertly wrapped and great care was taken of my fragile items. They worked non stop and were cheerful and accommodating, which makes the move less stressful. Definitely use these guys again and you can tell this is a family business as they really care in customer satisfaction. Bryant at the office was very responsive and answered all questions quickly before I booked. So glad I chose Black Swan as the move went so smoothly.

Excellent personnel were efficient packers and movers. They were careful with imp items and patient when unloading. They took time to place boxes and furniture where I requested and were congenial all day even though they were exhausted at the end of the move. Bryant was excellent to deal with, explained step by step, and offered a discount for cash payments. Excellent notifications and follow-up. I would highly recommend Black Swan because of the ease of working with Bryant and his staff and their careful consideration given to my household items!
