Black Tie Moving

On Aug 17, Zach, Todd, Isaiah, and Bryan moved us out of a condo we were renting in Nashville, to an apartment in Louisville, KY. In additional, they emptied out a 10 x 25 storage bay and moved it to storage in Louisville. Throughout the move, these four guys displayed professionalism, and single-mindedness to getting the job done. Our furniture survived the move without damage (and we had a lot of antiques). Based on our experience, I can recommend Black Tie Moving without reservation. The next time we move, I will definitely reach out to them again.

Ended up paying 60% more than estimate provided. Too many hidden costs that were not shared upfront. Packers/movers were late every day and worked way beyond the number of hours estimated. Final price was definitely not worth the service provided. Overall a terrible experience.

Great experience. Jamie, Shane H and Dejuan were super efficient but also careful - no scratches, breaks or dents. Not a single mark on my white couch. They were also very funny and I enjoyed spending the day with them.

My family enjoyed the team that was sent to move us. They were courteous and professional.
