Terrible company. Will damage all of your belongings then forge your signature on their liability waiver that claims all damage is rated at .60 cents per pound and even claim your stuff was already damaged. STAY AWAY USE SOMEONE ELSE

Honestly, I don’t want to have to take stars off (they did schedule last minute, one of the loaders was super helpful, they were nice enough), but at the same time I want to take more off, too (it only took a 40 minute drive, before the actual move, for my stuff to shift). I told them two times beforehand that due to my drivers rescheduling I had to unload at home, in my new state, before we went to storage to unload the majority. So it had to be loaded in order. Not to mention what was going in storage was stock for my online store. VERY fragile, expensive stock, in some cases. So it had to be loaded carefully. I open the back when I got from my where they loaded to my prev apartment, boxes were already falling. It all had to make a 12 hour trip still, but I had no way to get in there to access it myself. I am partly Disabled, I don’t have the physicality to move much of my belongings, otherwise I wouldn’t be so annoyed at the situation. If I were able I’d have done all the work myself, and wouldn’t be in this position. I had no way to do so, though. It will take me time and effort to go through all of my inventory to see if there’s damage (at least three inventory boxes DID shift, straight falling over, one completely tilted at a huge degree for it to bang about the whole time). And, due to the situation, if something is damaged I’ve no way to rectify the situation. For the large amount of money I paid for a fairly simple loading- I am pretty disappointed. First pictures are from before the 12 or so hour trip the truck took, last two are from after, showing what it looked like behind the mattresses, and one of the biggest inventory boxes being tilted.

Had an issue getting my deposit refunded, it took about 3 weeks and a few calls. My issue was resolved, and I appreciate Cody/Noah reaching out to confirm and providing context for the delay.

Todd’s crew did a wonderful job wrapping and loading all of our things. JB, E, Alex and Joseph were awesome driving from Nashville to Birmingham. They took care of all of our things and worked so hard the entire time they were here! Will definitely use them in the future.
