Black Tie Moving

The guys were very kind, accommodating, efficient, professional, extremely helpful, prompt, personable, patient and clearly dedicated to what they do. They should get the highest points possible and a raise! In short they are awesome!

We hired Black Tie for a second time, to help move items from my late mother's apartment to a storage unit. We had used them last summer for our own move from house to condo. Again we found the team to be prompt, helpful and efficient and there were no issues whatsoever. We would hire them yet again if needed.

Overall, my move went great and I was very pleased. Cordell, Tristan, and Trey did a great job and are truly experts at what they do, especially about stacking and packing all the items into my storage locker, which at first, I didn't think it would all fit. Unfortunately, I must deduct one star because when I went back to my house later in the afternoon, I found they had forgotten 4 items from an upstairs bedroom. They knew these items were to be moved because they had been moved from the bedroom into the upstairs hallway.
