Black Tie Moving

Overall, my move went great and I was very pleased. Cordell, Tristan, and Trey did a great job and are truly experts at what they do, especially about stacking and packing all the items into my storage locker, which at first, I didn't think it would all fit. Unfortunately, I must deduct one star because when I went back to my house later in the afternoon, I found they had forgotten 4 items from an upstairs bedroom. They knew these items were to be moved because they had been moved from the bedroom into the upstairs hallway.

Black Tie did a marvelous job with our move! They were timely, efficient and took great care of our things! Would definitely use them again!

Terrible experience! I will not use them again and I would not recommend them! Multiple issues. Broken furniture, stains throughout the carpet that they did not protect. Multiple 30 minute weed breaks that I had to pay for at 400 an hour. Left huge scratches in our floor. Thumbs down ??
