I recently reached out to Blackhawk Moving & Storage for a quote on a small cross-town apartment move, expecting at least a basic level of customer service. Unfortunately, I was left extremely disappointed when they outright refused to provide a quote simply because the move was “too small.”

This level of dismissiveness is unacceptable, especially in an industry that should be focused on helping customers with their moving needs, regardless of the size. If you’re looking for a company that values all its customers and provides reliable service, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Chad was awesome! He was thorough, careful, and expedient. Communication was top-notch. When we had a small glitch with delivery (totally NOT his fault), Chad was flexible and pleasant even though it meant adjusting his schedule. He made our cross-country move a little less stressful.

Very good. On-time every time, every worker got after it. Complicated move, driver and Deb did above and beyond.
