Jan Carlos, Hugo and Ariel were wonderful to work with during our May move. They asked where unlabeled items should be placed and finished everything in a timely manor.

Highly unprofessional with my last miltary move in my new house I just brought back on May 11 2022. They damaged the sheet rock, stairs, railing and door ways when they brought items inside. I've been emailing Nick and have yet to hear back from him when this happened 2 days ago. Whoever were their packers had mislabeled the boxes and added random items that shouldn't been in there such as open containers of cooking oils, flower pot with dirt in kitchen and clothes, soap dispenser with soap still inside of it, etc. Items were damaged or missing. High value items not in the boxes that claim as high value but instead were in different boxes. The list goes on.

Plenty of parking space, convenient access, very friendly staff, you can drive freely on a large truck
