Blissful Moving

would not even give a 1 star for this company. On Dec. 26, 2023 I had furniture that was being moved. I called Blissful Moving. I do not recommend this moving company they damaged my bedroom suit. It took over 30min to take my bed down. The minimum was two hours without being charged extra. It took the movers over two hours to load the truck with just one bedroom suit, washer, dryer, sofa, chair and two end tables. I was told since it took them so long to move me I wouldn't be charged for the 3rd hour. Once they got to the other property and unloaded, they took the washer, dryer, and dresser upstairs.
They left the rest in my living room and told me it's already going into the third hour without reassembling my furniture. The lady told me for all damages I would have to file a claim it would be .60 cent per pound and then left. They were very slow movers it was a short petite young lady and young gentleman. I’m leasing this furniture and it’s not even a year old yet, I feel like I should be reimbursed for the rest of my account.
