From start to finish Blue Beaver Movers were fantastic! Derrell and Franklin were right on time, fast and so careful with or things!!
Highly recommend this company.

Where does one start? First this company was recommended by a friend.
When we first contacted them there response was slow to get back, first flag.
Second, the owner at first brings all the charm. After that just trying to get quote was tiring. Should have stopped at that point.
Once they showed up, the packers did a decent job. No problems with them except when they were ready to go, it was adios.
Fast forward, moving day, showed up with no dolly, dropped my safe off the ramp, stuffed furniture in truck... get the picture.
Stored until move-in day.
To end the nightmare, almost all furniture stored was either broke, scratched or heat damaged. This was in September 19.
We are still trying to get insurance information from owner. Worst customer service and movers I have ever dealt with by far. We have moved maybe a dozen times over the years.
Bottom line... stay away!!!

I have very mixed reviews of this company. The team that moved us on moving day was extremely friendly and helpful. That is the reason I gave them 2 stars . However, the rest of the experience has been beyond frustrating. We moved 5 months ago, and I still do not have resolution on furniture that was damaged. I took out the additional insurance prior to the move, but have been unable to get reimbursed at an amount sufficient to get the furniture repaired. I asked for the quote used to substantiate the settlement offer ($75) that I received many months after the move, and I have received nothing. The quotes I am receiving to have the furniture repaired are multiples of this number. There has been no urgency to get this resolved, and the months continue to pass by.

These guys are professional, fast and are fun to be around. Very upbeat and positive. This is who I’ll be calling for my next move.
