TRUST is important! We made a horrible mistake by not using Blue Line!!

We got quotes from multiple companies for a cross country move and Blue Lines was about $1000 higher. But he told us that was a “hard” quote, meaning it wouldn’t increase. The Blue Line gentleman also wanted us to beware that some other companies will give a quote but then when they have you loaded, many of the other companies will then hit you with thousands of additional charges.

Sure enough, that happened to us. We contracted with a company out of Minnesota and the experience was horribly bad. They ended up charging us $2000 more than the initial quote, and it was THREE WEEKS before we got our possessions.

If we had to do it all over again, we would NOT make the same mistake. Buyer Beware!

Overall very accommodating, easy to work with, and the estimate was spot on related to final cost. Most of the guys were really awesome and respectful. Damage was minimal considering a move across the state after a one week layover.
