AJ and James were phenomenal!!! They arrived on time, they were completely professional and courteous, they were efficient and didn't do any damage to walls while moving, and it was all done in three and a half hours. This was our second time using them. We definitely will continue to use and recommend them.
Would only use these guys! The two we had were so nice and treated everything like they owned it. highly recommend.

I submitted an inventory list that consisted of 3 queen beds, 3 mattresses and boxsprings, 3 dressers, 1 small dresser, glass dinnette table and 4 chairs, a sectional sofa, 2 large TV's, ottoman, gas firepit, deckbox, 6 outdoor chairs, console table, 3 shelving units, 10 large boxes and 6 large bins, 3 medium bins, and 8 small bins, small bartop table and chairs, and bar cart/serving table, and you sent 2 men and a 23-foot truck which only moved 70% of my items. We had to rent a trailer the next day and take a day off of work to move our remaining items ourselves so we could close on the sale of our house on time. I provided a list on the portal, and a week before my move I called the office and a gentleman added additional items over the phone since the website didn't allow me to add to the inventory, and they were unable to move all of my items.
11/6/23: Someone from the office reached out via email immediately after posting my review and then called on 11/6 to follow-up and discuss what happened. The movers told me they would call the office to see what to do and said they'd load as much as they can into the truck. Apparently they did not schedule a 2nd pickup for the next day and told the manager that we would use our pickup truck (which was not large enough to move the remaining furniture and boxes), when I asked how I would move the remaining items. I did not call the office as the movers stated they were calling them to figure out what to do and stepped out to call. The manager apologized as they were unaware that we had large items that required a truck to move based on the call and said they would have sent another truck and crew to move the remaining items the next day, which is frustrating as the movers communicated differently to us vs. the office. The manager offered to refund a portion of the bill for the trailer rental and inconvenience of having to move the remaining items ourselves unexpectedly the next day. Due to the excellent follow-up to learn what went wrong and the courteousness of the manager, I am editing and increasing my review to 3 stars. I still don't understand why the movers didn't communicate what was actually happening to the office as they did not offer to send another truck the next day, or hand me the phone to speak to the manager directly, but I appreciate that management took the time to follow-up and try to make it right the best he could at this point.
