Yes, you can move the day before a major holiday! We found ourselves in a situation where we needed to move quickly & Blue Ox came to the rescue. Jordan in the Willmar office came to our home to assess and strategize our move. Jordan is an active listener, collaborative and set clear expectations. We were given a quote and all aspects of billing, insurance & liability explained. The Blue Ox team were respectful, kind, competent and worked so hard to ensure an efficient, safe move. As large items came into the house, garage and yard, we were able to direct where we wanted things placed and our boxes were placed in the rooms were we labeled them to be placed. Not a single item was damaged; even our bed was set up and ready to be slept-in on moving day! Kindness. Cleanliness. Respectful. Lovely. We will be hiring this team again. Thank you so much!
