Blue Ox Moving & Storage

We were in a bind to get moved in a rush. Bo and Matt showed up the next morning and did us a most professional job. I could not be any more pleased. I felt the price was more than fair. I will always look back on this move and see it as a positive experience.

I was given a quote that was higher than most companies but decided to go with Blue Ox because the person that came to my house to give me my estimate seemed to be honest and it appeared that the company was reliable and I felt like they would be careful with my belongings. Well.... move day came and the cost ending up being almost double then what I was quoted and considering we moved over 100 boxes ourselves I was shocked. Blue Ox ended up moving half of what I had them give me the estimate on. I paid the bill and immediately called the person I’d been dealing with. She was rude and short with me and said she would make it right and would call me back with a resolution That was 3/13/20 I’m still waiting ..... I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I feel like they completely took advantage of me Over $1000 to love 2 queen bedroom sets (bed nightstand dresser) 1 king size bedroom set (bed dresser nightstands and a small media chest) 1 kitchen table with 6 chairs, a few tv’s, one end table and maybe 20 boxes at most obviously no one is calling me to “make it right” .

Awesome moving company from the first phone call to the last box unloaded! Joe Beverly was on time, professional, personable and quote was spot on! The moving guys were great! Family of 4 gentlemen who really know what they are doing and do it quickly and efficiently! I have moved several times over the last 20 years and I give this company 5 stars/a 10/and an A+ in all categories! Look no further! Blue Ox it is!!

Our movers were amazing. Took great care of our furniture and house. Most companies we got a quote from just asked how big our house was we were moving from. Blue Ox sent someone out for a walkthrough to verify what we needed moved. From the call for a quote to the delivery of our last piece everything was smooth! The quote we received was spot on and had no surprise cost.

A very good experience. The truck was on time. The workers were very professional and courteous - very hard working. They came prepared with all the necessary supplies. The estimate was accurate - no hidden expenses. Would use them again.
