Went to get family's snow boots, got stuck because the owner refuses to plough despite over a foot of snow. I asked him why the gates were open for business if he was not going to plough. He said, 'I didn't think any of my customers would be stupid enough to try to drive in here'. Large puddles in the middle of the drives between the units when it rains. I will be moving my belongings as soon as possible once the weather clears. Had my stuff here for almost two years and never expected to be treated like this. I now do not recommend this business. In fact, any business owner that thinks their customers are stupid to expect the businesses' property to be kept in safe and usable condition should be avoided.

Guess what, maybe it is stupid to expect you to keep your business accessible and safe when I am paying to both store and access my belongings. What's not stupid is me moving my belongings and never giving you another dime of my money.
