I do not recommend this “climate control “ storage to anyone. My husband and I used this storage from 3/22-10/22 while in the process of buying our home and rented out two storage units. Unit 112 on floor 2 had a water leak and ruined my 50” smart TV. We spoke with the worker who then came to the unit and call his manager and explained to him the issue. The manager told us that they are not responsible and leaks will happen anywhere that we should file on our insurance and we can look this up under the Alabama Storage Association. No signs anywhere stating the company holds no responsibility This issue just happened today and this matter is far from over. To be continued……
