Blue & White Storage

I've had a storage unit with them for 8yrs. I've dealt with the old owners and the new one. When I laid eyes on my stuff after 8yrs I've learned that the old owners allowed my sister and her friends into my unit without me there and without my permission over the yrs. My lock wasn't even on the door anymore. The new owner had his on there only. More than half my stuff was stolen and what was still there was walked all over and thrown wherever they wanted. I blame Paula and John for my storage being ransacked by my sister and her friends. They knew she was going through and never made sure I was ok with it. The new owner Garth has made a lot of changes for the better to protect ppls things they store in his units. Unfortunately he has Paula working for him. I'm just glad I got some of my things back. My sister will have to answer to me. I find it sad since my father knows John and Paula she felt it was ok for my sister to be in my unit that was only under my name. Be careful using this place while Paula works in the office. She apparently lets anyone in your unit if she knows them.

Was way better when the older cpl ran it. This young girl isn't very friendly.

Made reservations on line through uhaul for this spot. Got there and due to virus place was shut down.. Called number and women that answered was awesome. Wish i remembered her name.. I was frustrated and was a little mean. (Bad day) she took the time to explain the issue and came in to office to get me a unit.. I was in a better mood after talking with her. Thank you again for all your help..
