I would not recommend this moving company to anybody! The moving truck showed up to my apartment late, before me they had a scheduled trip to go to New York City, but the driver did not want to go there because he did not have an EZ pass, so he came to my house with half a truck full of somebody else’s stuff, and spent almost 2 hours downstairs sorting thru that stuff to fit mine in the truck. When I’m paying you by the hour, you’re on my time, I’m not paying you to sort through somebody else’s things. Because of this the move took an extra two hours and I was charged extra. When I called the company to complain about this they were rude, and gave me an attitude and said that’s not my concern! It is my concern when you’re charging me extra because you took too long messing around with somebody else’s furniture on MY TIME. Completely unacceptable, absolutely unprofessional and rude. Never again.

This is not a fake account or a fake review, everything I said is a fact, you’re probably the same clown that was rude to me over the phone and wouldn’t take accountability then, so I wouldn’t expect you to now.

Bluebell Relocation Services is incredible, as I was astounded by how quickly my house sold and how they did it with their highly knowledgeable team and efforts. Bluebell Relocation Services transferred all of my stored stuff to me, there were no issues along the way, and they had excellent service and extremely reasonable costs.

Everyone was respectful, considerate, and kind, and each item of furniture was carefully packed and moved. In addition, the movers were cheerful and had a sense of fun while working, and as a result, I always prioritize Bluebell Relocation Services when I need to relocate!!

You really need to read and reread this contract. In order to get a clear understanding! Otherwise you will regret it!!!
No matter how busy you are. Stop and read!!! otherwise you might regret ever contacting these folks!!! so you wont get bamboozle paying lots of money at the end!!!

My husband and I realized lots of things are broken after the fact including a cracked box spring and many things deeply scratched up.
Prior to the move they answered the phone nicely after the fact NO PICK UP...will never use you all again.
