Bluebell Relocation Services NY

I moved in April from NY to Georgia. Bluebell provided me with excellent services.

I'm very pleased with the crew (Nana's crew) sent to pickup my furniture. They were on time, handled my belongings with care and moved my furniture without damage to the apartment.

I also want to thank Tony, Priscilla, and Fernanda for reasonable price and accomodating me when i made adjustments.

The team that delivered my furniture was good. I had minor damage to nonessential items. They setup quickly.

My only complaint: i was told if rhe truck cannot fit in the apartment i would have to pay a fee of $300 to rent a smaller truck. Well the truck could not fit, money was paid, however in addition to paying that fee i had to actually rent a uhaul myself. I thought the fee was to pay them to rent uhaul. Nevertheless my overall experience was positive and i would recommend company.

Bluebell Relocation Services far exceeded my expectations. They masterfully pieced together all of my furniture to make it fit into one truck. They were very professional, kind and they worked quickly to get the job done. I actually don't even think they took a break. I would recommend these movers to anyone looking for professional moving help. The rates are reasonable and worth every penny. I will definitely be using them in the future when I need movers again.

Sandy was very helpful setting everything up. The pick up crew in NY met and exceeded our expectations. They were punctual, friendly and efficient. Four men made quick work of the job. Delivery was another story. The two men crew that finally reached out to us days after we were told they would probably deliver were unprofessional, arrived late and had no attention to detail. There was no system in bringing things in and I had a hard time tracking what was delivered. I still feel like we are missing a couple items. A few things were broken. Be wary of the terminology they use. Industry standard has dedicated moves meaning you’re the only one on the truck. We were told ours was dedicated and it turned out they meant it was expedited. Had we known we probably would have chosen a different company. Overall a mediocre experience. Could have been worse but definitely could have been better.

You will have absolutely nothing to worry about working with this wonderful moving team. The movers are all nice and courteous. They are professional and great problem solvers. I cannot say enough nice things about this company. They really word hard to carefully load and unload all our delicate stuff. This amazing moving company goes above and beyond all expectations every time. Highly recommended.
