BMS Moving & Storage

Had out home packed for a military move from San Diego, and our stuff looks like they shoved it in a box and stomped on it. The high value stuff like tvs were fine, but everything else was treated like trash. Books literally folded in half to fit in a box, pictures crumpled up in the middle of boxes. Awful awful pack job.

Driver: JJ and helper: Harley were extremely efficient and effective. Entire truck load was off loaded and everything put where I asked them to.

Their insurance does not cover your possesions unless they pack it or you pay extra on top of an already expensive move. The up front explanation is vague and misleading. The claims process is arduous
since they don't tell you to keep damaged boxes and box numbers beforehand. Take photos, keep and don't repair anything or you won't get reimbursed.

The receptionist was super rude.
