Great experience!

Our move from CA to Texas went smoothly from the pack out to the delivery. We really appreciated the professional attitude of the crew and driver. Nancy Chatelain was our initial Bekins contact and she went above and beyond to make our move successful. When we wanted to get our van back from an airport in another state, Nancy was able to refer us to an affordable auto transport company which quickly got our van shipped to our home and made our move so much easier. We would definitely like to use Bekins again.

I was overcharged by Bekins for my moving experience. I was told I would be issued a credit, but never received one (it’s been over two weeks). Because I have gotten zero results, I have now disputed their charge with my credit card company. I am very disappointed and frustrated!

This company and all its affiliates have Better Business Bureau ratings of 'F'. You've been warned.

Three weeks after the move, after we had already fully paid for it, these criminals withdrew an extra $1,000 from my checking account. Then they completely ignored all attempts to contact them. Oh, actually after sending them a letter demanding they return the money, I did receive a call from a Bekins person. He used an extremely crude vulgarity and then hung up.

By the way, they not only rip off their customers; they also rip off the people actually doing the moving (who are just subcontractors).

It's obvious that all the five-star reviews are fake. The only real reviews are the one-star ones.

Do not even think about using this company for your move!
