Had a great experience! Dan Chapman, the initial sales consultant, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and guided me along, and was patient with my questions through the whole process. Our driver, David, was just exceptional, can't rave about him enough. Communicated so well, so very professional and easy to talk to. Kept us updated all along. The actual loaders/movers in California were also above and beyond.

I first called a competitor who failed twice to show up in person and kept thinking I was okay with a virtual home inventory assessment. No thanks.
I chose BMS because they too are well known in the moving industry. Dan was 100% professional and friendly all the way. He was prompt and accurate too.
On packing day the crew was prompt, professional, and courteous. We felt they handled our belongings with care. So did the truck drivers. Spoiler alert: Not a single item was damaged or lost during the cross country move. We also came in well under our original quote too. Hint: declutter, declutter, declutter.
I feel I got a premium service and a tremendous price. I highly recommend BMS to anyone who asks.

I used BMS for my cross country move and I enjoyed their service. I appreciate BMS, especially my salespersons Dan. He literally came to my rescue after another moving company tried to scam me and double my original estimate. I let Dan know about my sticky situation and he immediately organized a crew to pick up my belongings the very next day. All my belongings and furniture arrived and still in tact.
