We are so happy we went with Bekins for our across-town move. They brought enough man-power, and a big enough truck, to get the move done quickly and efficiently. The movers were fantastic, with zero damage, nothing left behind, and excellent communication throughout the process (not to mention an insanely difficult parking job at the destination that was handled beautifully). All this at a very competitive price (that came in below quote). Thank you so much!

My family and I can’t say enough great things about this company. The sales rep Dan was very thorough and knowledgeable. We felt we would be in good hands after consulting with him. And then the driver Pat was just amazing. She was detailed oriented, very communicative, efficient and absolutely loves what she does and it shows. She went above and beyond. We highly recommend Bekins for any move. They made our cross country move worry free.

If I could give it a zero start I would do so. We had used Bekins before and when we were moving we used them again. This time we had a horrible experience with the movers. They scuffed and damaged the walls to both houses, stole a large box of hats, stole one of the remotes to our mattress adjustable frame (which has no use to anyone else), the movers did not place the boxes in the rooms that were marked. At the end, they rushed us so that we could not account nor count the number of boxes delivered. I would definitely not recommend them ever again. When I filed a complaint, it went nowhere, they all claimed that they knew nothing about the missing box or remote. The stealing of the remote was intentional because I had plated it in one of our nightstands that they then shrink wrapped. So one of them had to open the drawer to take the remote after the cut away the wrapping.
