Recently, our mom needed to move from Brentwood to Dublin. We reached out to Bekins for help with the move.

Luis and his team (Javier, Nestor, Wilson, Dany, Cesar, Edinson, and Fernando) met at my mom's old house and were very fast, efficient and helpful.

Then, our move hit a massive snag. Our mom's new place was on the fourth floor. We were told that the elevator was broken and that it was unclear when it would be repaired. Luis and his crew helped move what they could, on a very hot day, up four flights of stairs. We were hoping it would be fixed the next day, as most of the big furniture, including a refrigerator, were going to be moved.

We got the bad news that it was not fixed and there was no ETA on when it would be. Unfortunately, because of scheduling conflicts, we could not postpone the move, so Luis and his team went ahead with bringing the rest of the items from the old house to her new place. It was still just as hot outside unloading the truck. As they moved the refrigerator and other heavy items by hand up four flights of stairs, they were always helpful, polite, and incredibly helpful the entire time.

Incredibly, they got the job done on time, and made sure to check in with us to make sure everything was right and accounted for. Even under optimal circumstances, this was a five star job...it was amazing they did they did considering the challenges we faced that day. We cannot recommend Luis and his crew highly enough...they were fantastic!

Luis, Bernardo, Javier, and Elmer were a fantastic group of movers. They did an excellent job! Careful, considerate, hard working. I would highly recommend Bekins moving company and this group of men especially!!
