While courteous they damaged or piano and when I took pictures and sent it in they said that damage was already there. The woman on the phone, Carrie said for me to ask my father who was present if they inspected the piano like they told her they did. My father said they were in and out and did no inspection. No way for us to dispute or resolve issue as they believed their own workers despite my father contradicting their claims that they did not inspect the piano in front of him. They just were in and out and hauled it away. Further delivery address was taken down wrong and piano delivery was delayed by two days. Very disappointed. Be wary of using this company.

Bob Haynes Piano Moving did a good job moving my pianos, very efficient and safe over rough ground. They worked hard to move the pianos without any damage. The only problem is I had sent them pictures of the area they needed to cover and of the stairs they would need to move the piano over. They quoted me a price for the move, but when they wrote up the bill they added $150. It was quite a surprise as they were aware of the terrain (they had pictures) and we had settled on a price by phone. Happy with the move, unhappy with the billing.

My wife used Bob Haynes piano moving to move our piano to my daughter's house in fl. Three guys came in and the two younger guys Craig and Kevin where well mannered and polite. But the older gentleman was very bosses and use a lot of curse words including the f word a few time. Which i dont even use myself. He use a few other words to describing how he felt about the job. Beside that The guys knew what they were doin and where good and fast at it. It was just the attitude and language of the older gentleman. I would recommend them. but not if you have kids.

I have twice had Bob Haynes move my piano. They are very professional and took great care not to damage anything even though they were working with small areas and steep steps.
