Bob Kahle has been tuning and doing rebuild work for me for close to 30 years. Being a church musician I value a tuner who is available at a moments notice. When Bob tunes your piano he also plays the instrument and 'fine tunes' as he is playing. Too many of the big companies send out a technician who often times is late and is unable to play.
