My move was due to a job transfer so a lot of variables were up in the air, after talking to my HR Dept they advised me to hire my own moving company and they would reimburse after the relocation and start of the new position. I looked for movers online that were local and came across Bold and had the pleasure of working with Kevin who was extremely knowledgeable about the the whole moving process and was extremely patient. He helped get everything set so my wife and I wouldn't have to do any of the packing. When the week of the move arrived I was contacted by their quality assurance Dept and then dispatch letting us know what day and time the crew would show. Everything from start to finish was delivered uponand the price never changed from the original quote. I highly recommend Bold to anyone on the East Coast looking for true professional's with integrity and character

I had hired Bold to move our family from Connecticut to Florida. Our representative was Kevin who was very knowledgeable and straight forward and laid out all of our options out and explained with detail what exactly was covered in the pricing. The only minor hiccup was a broken dish and Kevin got the owners Bill & Josh to replace the whole set since you cant just buy one dish. The pick up and delivery crew were extremely professional and punctual, I will definitely be using them again and would recommend to friends and family.

A couple months ago I moved from Washington DC to the Kansas City area. I found the whole process to be excellent, from getting a quote to scheduling a date, to the actual move. Communication was always very clear and responses were prompt. There was one hiccup in moving in where an existing light fixture in the new home was cracked. We are currently working through that though, and the company has been very reasonable to work with to come to resolution. I definitely recommend hiring these folks for your next move.

Josh from bold lied, white glove service he sold me for is fraud ... he sourced out my job to cal state /impala moving company they stole & they forged my signature , broke my 8500 bed frame , my new couch is broken , they lost my sons lights , bedding , everything was new & custom! I’m disputing charges and now I have to pay 2500 to go thru my homeowners insurance to cover everything that was stolen... he said he would cover hotel room he didn’t , he even tried to have his guys leave me stranded with 60 boxes , couches etc because they wasted 4 hours trying to find the hardware for the bed frames ... we wasted one thousand on hotels & he charged my 2400 for being the middle man , lied about everything. His response was we hurried to get you there fast like that matters now that things R missing & broken in excess of 25k!!!! My designer purses & shoes ???? Worst ever, next up is the bbb, Yelp, FB & Ig
