The company was so flexible and were able to book my move with only two days notice. The workers were so quick and efficient and took great care with all of my stuff. A job that would have taken me hours, took them less than an hour and they did it with such ease and they were so happy and kind. Highly recommend!

This was my first time officially moving by myself and I was very nervous. Honestly, I had nothing to worry about. Bryan, Ervin and Melvin were very helpful. They helped me with my bed and dressers and made sure I was okay before leaving. I would highly recommend them to anyone, they did a fantastic job. Thank you guys again. Boston Best Rate Movers quoted us a price substantially lower than the couple other movers we spoke to. They did a fabulous job, packing our furniture very carefully, taking apart larger pieces and reassembling them at the new site, and bringing them all to the right rooms per our instructions. They came on-time — actually, even a bit early — and worked very efficiently. Five-star service for sure!

My only minor caveat is that it ultimately cost more than the range we were quoted. Quotes are based on estimated time (3 - 3 1/2 hours estimated for our job), and the actual charges are based on the time they really spend (4 hours on our case). At $159/hr, that's significant, but it was still substantially under the other companies' quotes, and they worked efficiently throughout.

Also worth noting if you pay in cash that they don't carry change. You'll want to pay in cash, since it's 8% cheaper than paying by credit card, the only other form of payment they accept.

We used Boston Best Rate movers for our move this past weekend and they were phenomenal. The quote they gave was accurate and reasonable and the crew they sent over were professional, timely, and communicative. Walter was the lead mover and made sure he knew what needed to go in certain places, made sure his colleagues were made aware as well. This was the best moving experience I have had. The company was receptive to a complicated 3 stop process and were extremely friendly, accommodating and made everything look easy. They wrapped the furniture well. When one piece did not fit they worked hard to try to make it work and expressed regret when it did not work out. I was extremely happy with the experience despite the disappointment of one piece not reaching the destination. I strongly recommend this company.
