Awful customer service! They are the classic big company that hides behind 'policies' that put the consumer at a disadvantage. What ever you MIGHT save using this selfish money hungry company, you will surely loose when you spend days in a hotel after they keep pushing your drop off date back.

24 hr notice? Yeah it is in your policy, but is that really fair when your niche is moving people across country? Why does the customer get charged if they are not there (which I was) on the day promised, but you folks don't give a dime when your late? Can people drive across country in 1 day? Just a few questions they refuse or do not have the intelligence to answer.

Again just another company that instead of doing the right thing, will simply follow policies that give them leverage and boost their bottom line right now.
