Box Brothers of The South Bay

I’ve been working with Caleb at Box Brothers the last few weeks while getting my daughter ready for a move to NYC. What a pleasure it’s been! Caleb is knowledgeable, personable, and always ready to help including grabbing your boxes and carrying them out to your car. I’m kind of sorry the move is drawing to a close because I’m going to miss the friendly, competent service I’ve so much enjoyed!

My husband I were at Box Brothers in Redondo Beach store, Kaleb was helping us. He was so so good to treat the customers. We needed some xerox copies and he could not open the app from my pen drive. He didn't give up. He is an asset to any company. Very courteous. He deserves more than 5 stars.

On 4/17/21 I came in for 3 medium and 3 small moving boxes, 1 heavy duty paperwork box , 1 mirror box, and tape. I was incorrectly charged $51.88 for these items and was given partial refund of $17.91 on the spot after question the high charge.

When I got home I realized I didn’t receive ANY moving boxes, and instead got all picture/ mirror boxes. I returned all items the next day and was told I’d be refunded and an email receipt would be given. I received nothing.

When I called on 4/27/21 to question the $33.97 that still needs to be refunded, I was hung up on. My credit card company now has to help me dispute the charges with an investigation.

Poor business practices. They clearly need more help and business training.
