Krista is amazing. I had a family member pass and needed to ship some items from California to Colorado. I had a really big picture that had a heavy/chunky frame and glass. She packed it with so much care. That thing was PACKED!!!! I received the items in Colorado and the glass on the huge picture didn't break! I also had a few other items shipped and everything was amazing. The care Krista took in helping me get the items safely home and the quality of packing was outstanding!!!!

I came to the Woodland hills location a while back not sure of how I'd even begin the process of packaging and shipping what seemed like an endless clothing and merchandise supply. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Krista. She helped make a nightmare of a shipping process a piece of cake and I can't thank her enough. Will 100% be returning in the future.
