I always make it a point to come here if I need something packaged professionally. I dont trust ups or FedEx beyond plopping my item into a box, taping it shut and charging me an arm and a leg. But box brothers does it right and they are family owned! I dig supporting local business. 10/10 would come back.

The customer service and commitment to resolving problems is above and beyond exceptional at this location. Krista welcomed me, and every customer, with an enthusiastic, positive attitude. Charles and Krista did a phenomenal job helping me with the last part of my mom's stressful move to Texas. They were patient and calm even when we completely changed the structure of the shipment due to an unforeseen issue. Charles followed up, just as he promised, and when I spoke to Laina she was genuinely friendly and helpful. I cannot more highly recommend Charles and his team for your shipping needs.
