Box Doctor Moving & Storage

Do not use this company!! I booked a move with them last Tuesday for that Friday. They did not show up or return any of my phone calls. Thankfully I was able to find another company last minute but it was an extremely stressful situation.

Box Doctors and Andy are complete scam artists. It looks like all of the reviews from this week are having the same issue. Andy will take all of your info and even confirm the move but the day they don't show up and they will not answer the phone. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I found another company that would move me last minute. They asked what company stood me up. When I told them Box Doctors they said,
'thats strange, they went out of business awhile ago'. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!

Response to owner: I'm very much a real person and I'm not at all an acquaintance with other reviewers. I'd love to call you and discuss, however on Friday June 2nd when you didn't show up I called numerous times and you just wouldn't answer the phone. Not sure what the problem is but perhaps you can own your mistakes/lack of communication instead of saying the negative reviews are fake. I hope things get better.

This company is very unprofessional they were supposed to come move me today and I called Andy and let him know I was ready for them to come move me. He said they were on they way never showed up stop answering the phone when I called from another number he answered and said he didn’t have any appointment with me.
