We didn’t order enough totes and him and his wife dropped more off to us the same day I asked for them. He was kind and the whole process was so simple and user friendly. BOXD was AMAZING!!! We found out super last minute that we had to move and they were so kind to do a same day drop off. It honestly saved so much time since we weren't having to assemble and tape every single box. Plus, it's so enviornmentally friendly! I don't think I'll ever go back to traditional moving boxes.
