Boxer Storage

I have reached out to them multiple times about the rodent, mice problem. I have Zero food, or anything food related in my unit. They said it could be a unit close by causing the mice. Regardless... I am not paying another month for my things to keep being destroyed. Would give them zero stars if i could!!!Stay away!!!

Update: The company reached out to me with an explanation and resolved some of the issues. I've changed my rating and withdrew some of my review with respect to the consideration given to me. It's nice to know that there are companies still around that listen to the customer's voice.

The units are clean, secure with no leaks, NO MICE, and cameras are in place to monitor for storage safety.

Brianna is amazing. However, my unit was $80 a month, and starting in February, it will be $108.

You would think that they would give customers a discount that have been with them for years and have never missed a payment.

I'm moving all my stuff out of National Storage and finding another storage company.

Brianna is breath of fresh air for customer service!!! She was helpful
and focused on our needs for a rental unit. Only place to go in ludington Mi!

Had a great opportunity to speak with a young lady at the front desk regarding the storage fees of this facility. She very quickly answered all my questions and was very professional over the phone. This was regarding an out-of-state move to Michigan. Brianna was very helpful at recommending different solutions to my move. Thank you and keep up the good work.
