HORRIBLE first time renting storage space experience. My unit was robbed Couldn't get a hold of manager to facility all evening. Received a call back from someone from another location the next day. When I asked about the cameras in hopes of a prosecution. I was told they have limited storage on there system. That's ridiculous They advertised video servalence they should be able to produce at least a months worth of play back at a time. I was at my unit less than 4 weeks ago. And all was secure when I left. Was never offered an apology despite my devastating loss or any type of further explanation. Wondering what is stored on there cameras if anything. Had I known there so called surveillance was below any other ever made. There's No Way I would have stored There !!

I rented a unit for around 2 years and the customer service was always excellent. I would defiantly recommend using Boxer Storage if there was a storage need.
