Great service!

Two suggestions that I wish that I could provide to every moving company but I'm so fed up after using many companies to find the right one that I'll psot here:

1) Don't ask the customer how the move went through the movers. You're sure to get skewed answers. Then wonder why the customer hasn't come back if they said it went well. This just lets me know that they don't care how the move went and they just want the money when the movers call for final balance.

2) I guess this is nobodies fault just how the system is set up because its hourly work: I have yet to find movers that don't have some tactic to drag out the moving time. Movers forget that their work is compared to other movers used in the past. Customers know about how long it should take. Just read Jordan H. Review below, seems like his movers used the same tactic as mine.

My boyfriend movers were higher priced but they moved more things in less time in same apartment complex than my movers. I learned a few lessons from this anecdote.

On a good note, it's done and paid for. The movers were super courteous and helpful. They came on time.

This is my second time using Boxx Boys moving!

My first move in 2022 was from one residence to another. Yesterday's move was from a 3rd floor office suite to a residence. My movers Dominique and Robert were professional, positive and careful with my items. I would recommend them to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The guys were really nice. They hand carried every single thing, so it took a really long time even with our help. One guy was training another guy, I felt we paid for that as well. Again, both very nice. My dresser was a challenge for them. The walls & dresser got a bit beat up, but overall I’m happy. Still pretty affordable.
