Excellent job. Everything arrived in great condition. Pack up and delivery went smoothly. I think it would be nice if they had a way to track the truck; it would have helped us plan our travel while waiting for the truck to arrive.

The whole team was awesome. From the quote to the last box unloaded. I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for any packing of delicate items like big screen tv’s. My 72” got broken in the move and they refused to pay for it through the damage claims. I was told I couldn’t prove they broke it and I could make a claim but it didn’t guarantee any kind of payment. So the move cost me an extra $1600.00 on top of the extra I paid for them to wrap the tv and the extra to pay for “not insurance “ for the load of furniture. It was a very expensive move and am very disappointed in how they handled the only item I claimed as damaged.

Had a wonderful experience from start to finish with the Boyer-Rosin Bekins team. Every person we interacted with throughout our cross country move was positive, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. They took great care of our belongings - not one broken item upon delivery. Highly recommend this company for a long distance move.
