Braha Moving Systems

Braha Moving really helped me in my move from east coast to west coast. Andy was on top of everything and people who picked up my stuff and dropped them off were all professional, nice, and friendly. My friend recommended Braha Moving to me and I would also recommend it to everyone who is seeking to move but does not have so much time like me due to their busy life and just wants to get their moving done on time and perfectly!

Moves were 30 minutes late acting as nothing happened. They don't care about whether you would have a train to catch (for me, this is an interestate moving so I got a train to catch). Also, requesting for tips would not be a good gesture given how they performed. Supripsed to see these high rates (partially the reason why I chose them at the very first place). It could be bad luck but I would be sure to choose wisely next time.

I would always recommend them. They have done several jobs for me and the truth is that they are very good and honest

Not perfect, but adequate.

I want to be as fair as possible in my review. The company gave me a great quote to lock me in. But once, I was locked in, they raised the price citing I had more items than they originally predicted. I went along with it. The delivery crew did not arrive on the original date given. They then communicated with me it would be the following week.

When the deliverers did arrive, they told me they needed to go to the store to purchase more packing material. Once they returned, they packed up everything but left behind their tools. I was asked to ship them back to them so that they can have them. I didn't mind - although this was somewhat of an inconvenience. (The company ultimately deducted the price of the shipping from my total bill, but did not offer anything additional for the inconvenience or as a 'thank you' gesture).

I was given an approximate delivery date, which again was delayed by more than a week. I ended up having to pay for a hotel for a week to accommodate the delay. I informed the company I was beginning a new job in a new city so the new delivery date was an extreme inconvenience. I was told to ask my new employer to work with me. I was not going to do that because you want to make a good first impression. Fortunately, I had a relative in town who was able to change her flight so that she could be there to accept the delivery as I went to work. When the crew arrived, they informed we needed to pay them hundreds of additional dollars because the walk from the front entrance to my apartment unit was too much of a distance and that if I did not make payment immediately, they would leave with my things. Fortunately, I happened to have the money. When I asked the company to consider a discount for the delays, they initially told me they would provide a discount, but then changed their response to tell me to first pay my balance and they would then go back and see what discount they could offer. I paid the balance and was then told they would not offer any discounts due to the company not violating in policies. If you ask me, this isn't appropriate customer service.

Fortunately, my items arrived in tact. That's the biggest plus from the situation. I understand a review can make or break a company so I aimed to be as honest as possible in this review to help you make an informed decision.

The estimates and charges were clearly spelled out. The movers were prompt, courteous, and very careful. It was an excellent value for the price and I'd recommend them to everyone.
