Avoid if at all possible. I thought I was getting a good deal by using Braha for my cross-country move - save yourself money and stress by hiring a professional, established company. I booked a move with pick up on July 25, and was given a delivery window of 3-12 days. Then Braha informed me that they calculate that in business days and don't start the clock until the first day you tell them you can accept delivery - a little unreasonable, but OK. My items didn't come until August 23. The truck spent over a week broken down in Arizona, waiting for a part. Braha never sent me an update proactively on the delays - I had to reach out to them every single time to ask where my stuff was. They never made any effort to get a backup truck. They never apologized. When my items finally arrived, they had somehow managed to break a solid wood desk nearly in half, as well as smashing a mirror and warping a metal table beyond repair, probably because it sat in a hot truck for weeks. Now they're trying to get out of providing me a full refund for the delays and for my broken items, and want me to sign a form promising to remove any negative reviews in order to receive any refund money at all. That helps to explain the lack of negative online reviews for this extremely poor-performing company, I guess.

My daughter found job in New York and we needed to move her staff to New York. After a bad experience with another mover, we are very careful when we choose mover. My daughter found Braha and she checked this is mover not broker. I called Braha several times and chatted with Andy (very professional man) and asked all the questions and concerns. Andy explained to me everything and even wanted me to check the certiifed reviews. We decided to use Braha. On the moving day, we got noticed 1st and let us know the approximate time so we can prepare. Two men were very professional and moved and made sure everything was ok. 3 days later, my daughter got noticed when Braha will deliver the staff so my daughter can reserve elevator. 3 Gentlemen moved my daughter staff quickly. My daughter was very happy when she saw all her staff there in New York and not even lost anything or broken anything. She did give 3 men good tips. I definitely will use Braha service next time,
