current prices are 'a promotion price' and 'reflect market value', prices will be raised, while new units are going for the same price you moved in as. Talked with 3rd party management group, and said i would be able to cancel my unit, and get a new one at the original price. Not sure how that shows a marketplace increase. secondary price not shown, so not sure how the first price shown is suppose to be a promotional.

Nadzma was very helpful when I called in to make my payment. It was easy to get someone on the phone as well.
