Review:

We rented a climate controlled unit. There is NO AC and the temp inside is well over 100 degrees. We have called more than 3 times over the last 5 weeks and spoken to different people each time. They keep closing the ticket stating it has been fixed. We asked for a call back and have yet to receive one. We plan to pursue legal action as the extreme temps have possibly damaged the very items we needed climate control to store. We are paying for a service that is not being provided. We have contacted the Better Business Bureau as well. Still no AC not call back. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY.

Review:

I will preface by saying I have not yet moved my belongings into the storage facility. I spoke today with Ryan Raymundo, and made arrangements for a climate controlled unit to store my household goods while I seek our next home. Ryan was helpful and efficient. He explained everything well, and quickly emailed the documents we needed to sign. I'll update in a couple weeks when we move in. But for now, Thanks Ryan! Job well done.

Review:

I’d give negative 5 if I could.

Update: to add why not to store here: after a month of attempting to contact the manager it took posting a review for his “workers” to call. The manger is still hiding away while his “workers” have attempted to gaslight and manipulate me. They stated they never had breakin’s prior to my experience, nor did they ever state to me that one occurred despite me having proof.

Luckily for me- not only did I get the names of people who this happened to through the Facebook community but the police also confirmed it. (Got to love the internet as it’s forever)! The “manger” is refusing to communicate with the police and when I tried to settle with the company they said they would mail me a check and refund my last month. But not only did they not do that but they told the insurance company not to pay out (as I did insurance through them). So yeah get your own insurance.

As for me: I’ll be taking them to court. You all should avoid this place at all cost. Normally I don’t air my business like this but if it means someone else doesn’t get screwed over then so be it. As for lakeside: they shouldn’t have underestimated me. Nor should they continue to do so. But everything always comes to light.

Oh and no matter what they say- they don’t have security cameras as they are always “broken” but really just dummy cameras. And they never fix the locks. Keep your stuff safe and if you have stuff there get it out! I’ll also be seeing if a post can be made in the paper to make others aware to get their items out. Someone needs to look out for people.

Do NOT store you’re items here. I did and there was a break-in despite the fact that it’s a locked
Down facility and cameras everywhere. Listen I know this happens and that is not what got me. What made me upset and why I believe
You should not store here is the fact that when I called not only could I not get in touch with a manager or person at the location and a month later I still can’t, but the main number acknowledged that there was a breakin several weeks prior and I was not made aware of this despite it being in the contract that should anyone enter your unit you must be notified by mail in a specific amount of time. This left the remainder
Of what was in the unit open for anyone to come and go. And with the fact that no one is reaching out I personally am starting to think this was an inside job and they are covering it up. But hey what do I know. Just be careful.

Review:

I drove 8 hrs to quickly load up our home that sold having secured, or so we thought, a storage unit at Branson Lakeview Storage. It was late, nearly dark, and once we found the assigned unit it was open and filled with construction material. We had been promised a locked, clean, and ready unit upon arrival. We spent over an hour talking to off-shore people who told us they didn’t have another unit that size available, but could rent us a larger one for 3x the cost. They refused to acknowledge their mistake and rather than continue with hang-ups and stalling we contacted Jake at Fall Creek Storage and not only did he accommodate us a unit, waived the deposit, but bent over backwards to try and make me feel better. This was the total opposite of what Branson Lakeview Storage did.

Now they not only haven’t refunded me all the charges they’ve taken Carte Blanche to assess to my credit card, but refuse to do so stating NOW months later, they could accommodate us a unit. And as such, they are now accommodating and will continue to charge my credit card.

BE AWARE & VERY WARY of this facility and how they do business.
