Arranged to pick up a uhaul truck during business hours bc of the reviews on mobile pickup. Internet was down so I had to do mobile pickup anyway. Cell service is horrible at this location. It took forever to check in. Check out was easier thankfully. I would use this location again solely based on location/convenience only.

Gentlemen seemed to not be in the best mood and wasn't very polite. Our rental had been transferred to that location and was very curt about it not being on his screen. We were only following the directions we had been given and he seemed as we were inconveniencing him. Tried to close before the listed time. Just wasn't a pleasant experience over all. Considering we had just picked up a truck from down the street, the experiences were vastly different.
