I would give a zero if I was able to ! The workers were fine all but for ruining two expensive antiques, breaking multiple items they packed and items not showing up at all. This was a very expensive interstate move and there was zero communication from the coordinators on my arrival date. When I finally got her on the phone she said we weren’t receiving the whole load and the second half would come within 2 weeks ! Never any calls on this! We pleaded for the rest of our things to be sent asap ! We paid a huge amount of money and
Contracted for a full delivery…. Not half and their attitude was purely unacceptable! Multiple emails. Multiple calls unanswered. Even the owner Steve went Mia after they were paid they were done with us ! It’s been 3 months of ongoing nonsense! They took our money and ran ! Buyer be ware ! Look at all the other Braun complaints listed by unhappy customers … I wish I had ! Choose another company who will stand behind their work !

Ryan and his team were amazing. On time and efficient! Elsa took care of the scheduling and it was completely seamless. My wife and I were very impressed!
