Braun Moving, Inc.

I will be reporting this company for all of my missing items that I had prepacked and once delivered to our destination we found valuable missing items in some of those boxes. Gaps were filled with their packing materials. Among the missing valuables other items include two external hard drives containing all of our personal information as well as the keys to the cabinet where all of the hard copies were filed. We packed these boxes and unpacked them ourselves once they were delivered to our door still inside the shipping container. This company was hired by Intermove who handled all of the details for our move. Unfortunately for us we trusted both of these companies for a professional and honest service that ultimately was not provided. Both companies have only ignored and not responded to these issues. Anger, disappointment and heartbreak over missing family heirlooms and our personal information have led us to reach out to others and some of the stories we have heard are just jaw dropping. The entire experience during the move was also a nightmare, every detail will be listed as we prepare to file our complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

THE WORST!!!!! Would NEVER use this company. They are crooked and did not do what they said they would do. My 96 year old aunt was taken advantage of by this company. They took advantage of a situation and have no integrity.

Very big and efficient warehouse

Horrible experience. I have used professional movers several times and have never had such a bad experience like Braun. They broke several expensive items including our 70 inch TV and our elliptical. On move out day I found the movers playing soccer in our living room. They had packed a bunch of garbage including mouse traps with food still on it. Office staff were rude and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable moving company, not this one.
