Great moving experience.

We used Braun Moving exactly one week ago. We had an amazing experience! The men arrived on time, were professional, experienced, and worked extremely hard to carefully and safely move all of our items from one home to another. They also did a great job dissembling and assembling furniture like beds and dressers with mirrors. They placed every box in the correct room or area and also checked in often to see where I wanted certain furniture to be placed or set up. We highly recommend anyone that is moving to call Boris at Braun Moving today!

Absolutely DISGUSTED by the greed of this company & how they take advantage of people. Clearly we are moving & already have enough expenses. We had originally moved from a 3 bedroom house (one floor) to two separate locations. One being a storage unit (in middle River) & the other a residence in Bel Air. The staff that day was amazing & thorough. We paid approx $800 total. This included approx 6 hrs of moving at a rate of (with the math) around $100/hr, a hidden fees of an additional $130 for travel time even tho we also had to pay $40 for their gas which I would think a moving company would take on that expense since we are paying a travel fee. However under the circumstances, semi large move, 2 destinations, 1 far, i was pleased. The time came when my wife & I needed to now move our things from storage in middle River to our apartment in Essex (15 mins away) literally just ONE 10×13 unit, 15 mins up the road. Hhmm.... Again we were charged a $130 travel fee ? with one destination & NOT NEARLY as far. Then we were also charged $130/hr an upcharge of $25 since the last job & again that $40 fuel cost. How do we get charged an extra hour of travel time at $130 when we were 15 mins away!? So this move $500!!!! How in the hell was that 15 min move of a storage unit only $300 less than an entire house to 2 destinations!? Then when disputing the charges & calling into the company we had to ask the man to speak English because he was trying to speak another language to the man on the phone so we wouldn't understand. He the proceeds to try to charge us $22 A BOX (5 boxes) for boxes that my wife specifically told him she didn't want ($110 he tried to force on us for 'loose items' which were moved to the unit from the initial movers at their company) Ummm those boxes benefit YOU not us! U didn't want to make multiple trips so u just THREW OUR CERAMIC LAMPS & OIL LAMPS IN WITH PILLOWS & OTHER random items. So those boxes we didn't ask for saved u trips but we were supposed to pay $22 for boxes of our crushed & broken items *smh* to finish it off, exhausted of going back & forth we fork out another $495, we ask the employee for the $5 change for him to tell us 'I don't have change' (we couldn't prepare with change because they don't give u a total until they're done) so my wife had to go & get change as well. Just spent $1300 with this company & the sleeziness is unbelievable. Avoid them at all costs! Will never use them again. Sad because the first set of guys (some young & mid-age white guys were professional, fast & the price was reasonable) This experience was some foreign guys unsure of nationality who just wanted to tack on dollar after dollar. No reason this move should have been just $300 less than the first. Disgusting!
