Absolutely worst experience ever!!! The office staff openly spoke about other customers not paying their bills, and the owner (he said his name was Cody) talked about how he lost $20,000 in this business. As an executrix of multi state account, I have worked with other moving companies who interacted with me in a much more professional manner, but the issue hit the fan when the delivery truck driver refused to drop off the furniture until I made final payment. I had no idea if they really brought my things to Nashville, I wanted to see the furniture before payment, and when I told the Operations Manager named 'Lance' this he simply told me 'Ma'am I believe you don't want to pay your bill.' Keep in mind I paid 50% up front when they picked up furniture in College Station, TX. Most people want service rendered before they pay anything!? They have a reading impediment about their own manual page 28, which they tried to say 'payment BEFORE delivery' when page 28 really quotes 'payment AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.' I can't believe they argued about it with a CUSTOMER for about 45 minutes, and made me feel less of a person. Because I had antique furniture, I paid the bill BEFORE DELIVERY!! DO NOT use this company's service if you have high expectations, and need professional interactions.

Horrible customer service and are incapable of keeping track of their storage unit availability.
