Review:
Whew! Horrible service! Would not ever recommend this company for moving truck rental. Reservation made with Budget more than a week in advance. BM&S notified me less than 24 hours before move that they would not have the truck. Did not offer alternatives. Manager Mary was unapologetic and flippant. No service recovery effort AT ALL. Don't make the same mistake we did. They are unreliable and will leave you hanging.
