Brazos Raleigh Movers

My move in 2022 was like something from a nightmare; all because we made the poor choice to use this company. Jon fooled us into thinking he was a trustworthy guy and we could trust his crew with not only moving all of our belongings, but packing them as well. When the guys showed up, I immediately began to panic as they moved at such a fast speed I couldn’t believe they were packing things correctly. We were assured they were just “professionals that do this for a living”. Later to find out they were indeed just throwing and shoving things into boxes- no rhyme or reason to what box. This made it particularly fun to find fire sticks, remotes and match them to their corresponding tv. We gave up and bought new ones. Not one piece of furniture arrived undamaged. Not even one! But it wasn’t just furniture that was damaged. Breakable items and heavy items shouldn’t be mixed together in boxes. Jon was good with excuses, even ones for why he was unresponsive.
Jon didn’t calculate the correct truck size needed for our haul, so we were told some things would be left in our garage and a second truck would pick it up a few days later. My neighbors called me with concern for what they saw happening in the garage. I cried when I opened the garage door. A full garage of our belongings (they stopped using boxes) shoved in there.
I cried even more as I unpacked boxes.
I thought my awful situation was isolated until I came across a Facebook post where a bunch of others shared nightmares of brazos.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. I now question the positive posts about this company. It doesn’t make sense.

I have to say this was the best experience I’ve had with a moving company EVER! they were very flexible with my schedule they were patient with my needs and they were actively efficient on top I’ve it all very knowledgeable on how furniture needed to be handled and very strategic on how they handled furniture moving things in tight spaces ..They truly understood the assignment ..The topper was they are very reasonable.. I’ll choose them again and again Thank you❤️

Chad and DJ did an awesome and efficient job. They had the truck loaded in a much faster time than I expected and everything was handled with care. Would defiantly use again.
